There are many challenges that people are going through in their lives right now. Sometimes they just need someone who will listen. After years of working on healing myself from emotional trauma, the time has come to share what has helped me on my own journey. No one needs to feel alone, and there are many of us out there who have gone through similar challenges (and have even overcome them). Whatever your beliefs, I know in my heart this is the right thing for me to do right now, to be of service to others who need it.

-getting in touch with your creative self/how to find your creativity
-job or career change, and how to begin your process of self employment
-how to learn to heal yourself from emotional trauma, physical abuse, or negative thinking
-healthy eating (specifically a vegan diet)
-finding your own path to healing
