-vegan mashed cauliflower
Excited to share the outcome with you!
All new stuff never tried before. Roasted rosemary carrots, Latin black bean soup with corn, garlic, onions, and added textured veggie protein, and my fave, cauliflower mash (made in the nutribullet!) with spices, garlic, a little vegan butter and almond milk. It felt a bit like a little bit of everything. And I am so full! 🐽
